ORDERING

Please take note that by sending in the order = your intention of confirming an item.

If payment are not received within 24hours, items will be put up for sale thereafter.

All dead buyers will also be blacklisted from our website and from all future purchases.


DELIVERY & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will not be responsible for any packages lost if you opt for normal postage.
Refund or exchange for any defected items only if item is being mailed to us within 7 days after purchase.
Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed and sealed properly.
We're not responsible for any lost mail.

Defects will be exchanged for the same item that is still instock, or a full refund if that particular item is out of stock.


PRICING & TRANSACTION

All the prices stated on the site are final, non-negotiable and exclusive of postage charges.
No Reservations is allowed, purchases are made on a first come first serve basis.
You may queue for the item if it is under 'Pending'. if it is not paid for within 24hrs, it'll be available to the next person that queued.

Both DBS iBanking and ATM transfers are welcome. However, do not send in your order until your payment has been made. Post payment details together with your order in the format provided.

Please check your order thoroughly before sending in. I will ensure that the correct items are ordered, but will not be held liable for any errors on the part of the merchant or for the cost of returns.

Order cancellations will not be entertained.

I reserve the right to cancel the spree due to poor response or other unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds will be made should this occur.

Updates will be done via e-mail. Add my e-mail address to your address book to ensure my messages are not filtered as spam.

Refunds for items that are out of stock will be made promptly, but I will take my time for orders that exceed the cap.

Participants will have to bear the cost of exchange rate excess i.e. bank rate > spree fixed rate, or where there are miscellaneous charges like tax or international calls.

Do not participate if you are uncomfortable with any of the expressed or implied terms.

Using direct international shipping. Victoria's Secret does not derive shipping costs from the weight of items. As such, there's no reason to charge extra shipping fee for those who order heavier products!
